Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, skinless and boneless 1 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup red wine 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup cornstarch Instructions: 1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a small bowl, combine the vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. 3. Add the chicken to the bowl and coat with the spice mixture. 4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken broth, white wine, red wine, chicken stock, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, cornstarch, and 1/2 cup of the oil. 5. Pour the mixture into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Serve the chicken with the remaining oil and spices on the side.
